If you are a buyer, we start by meeting with you to hear about your location requirements and preferences. We take the time to understand your vision and exactly what you are looking for so you can make the best decision possible. 

Do you want to live in a rural property, an inner-city home or maybe a suburban community? Does a specific neighborhood have a look and feel that suits your style? Are you looking to live close to work, schools, shopping, public transit, or recreation facilities? Once we’ve determined the general location, we need to consider the property type. What size of home are you looking for? Do you have a required number of bedrooms or bathrooms, or maybe you need a home office or garage? A large backyard or maintenance-free space?
